How to prepare: 

1. Sift 1–2 grams (½–1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps.

2. Add Water – Pour in 60–70ml of hot water (not boiling, ideally 75–80°C).

3. Whisk briskly in a zig-zag “W” motion using a bamboo whisk until smooth and frothy.

4. Enjoy as is, or top up with hot water for a lighter tea. For a latte, add warm milk of choice.
